You will never have to explain to anyone 'What's in the Box'?!! At the time of your gift or novelties order, you are responsible for providing the proper delivery address. Shipments on all merchandise including adult gifts, any gift basket, erotic toy novelties, books, lingerie, lubes and games returned as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address will be 're-sent' at the cost of the customer.
We ship via Canada Post. If you would like to ship your adult gift or erotic novelties package by another method, please let us know. Additional charges will then be added to your shipping costs.

However, we are unable to accept returns on any ordered items due to safety and obvious hygiene reasons, especially lubes, erotic toy novelties, lingerie and any similar adult gifts. If at anytime, should you receive an item that may have been damaged in shipping or otherwise, please contact us immediately.
